I'm only 2000 today, but been in the cr 3 hours already

Don't, it's dangerous. It's a 2.5 hour drive to the nearest one so thankfully I can't go often.

Taking my niece shopping tomorrow so round the shops will rack up some steps for me!

forgot to wear it today been out for a long run in wind and hailstones so dont feel too guilty lol

I've got a new tactic this week to up my step count a bit! We are a large office and have 12 separate woman's bathrooms that I know of (that's 36 toilets for all of the 5 women that work here haha) so you're always near one. I've decided to walk to one further away every time to get me to stretch my legs more, I get uncomfortable at my desk a lot and am at "high risk" of RSI apparently so this can only do me good!

only 1336 so far today BOOOO I'm going to put it in a plastic bag tomorrow morning so i can wear it in the shower lol maybe clip it to my ear

I'm being lazy sitting in front of the puter I'm going to go poke my nose in to what everyone is doing now, that should rack up a few steps lol they won't like the pedometer, I'm sure they rather i stayed in here

I used to get all my exercise walking too and from the kettle then they moved me to a new desk right next to all of that so it's just a few steps now
