Chinese Food - What is good or bad?

My lovely husband will be 70 on Thursday and we are going out with friends for a chinese meal. What should I avoid like the plague and what is OK to eat? I know I shouldn't have fried rice even though I love it. But not sure about anything else.

Thanks Andy. Have lookd at the suggested thread and I wll print it all off when I get home. Then I can sit down and study it against the menu.
