I had chips when I was on holiday last week
Sat by the harbour in Oban with my son, eating chips and veggie haggis
on Saturday. I fell far from the low/reduced carb waggon on Saturday and Sunday
I don't know if I caught the height of the spike, but it did go up to 9.4
I am now back on the straight and narrow.
