Every year as a younger child I got a new board game, which was fab because we played with it all holiday. In fact I still have my original Cluedo and Monopoly.
My dear old nan once bought us monopoly she must of saved for ages , I found it in the garage a few years ago ,,sadly the mice had found it to ...Monopoly was always a family favourite, another game we would get at Christmas was a game called Frustration.

Cluedo , yes I loved that , even found away to cheat so I could winOne of the bestest board games was 'Risk'. Conquer the world in two hours!

My best ever present was a Hornby Dublo electric train set (all-metal three-rail track) and the second best a Mamod model steam engine.
I striped my train to all the bits. My Dad hit the roof, and told me if don't fix it no more presents ever.I did put it put it all back together, he then thought I was a genius. those were the days.Meccano! I forgot that.
