and the end line..living longer..??

mmh be nice, but for me the important line not mentioned was
"living BETTER ..for longer"

But No point aiming to living longer if its paid for by decades of misery for many years before
and only gets you to many years of dribbling and shuffling around.

My aim is to get to those 'Golden Years ' full of life complete with as MANY OE attachments as is possible,
and eager to go explore that Big World now i've got all the time in the World to do it....(God willing )

And LCHF to me, gives me the BEST chance of doing that with T2D..
throw in the IF (16-8) and job's a good un.
