Hi. I have been experimenting with coconut nector this weekend and so far so good. I made some peanut butter cookies gluten free. Been eating them and did not spike my BG. You can buy it on Amazon or e-bay it's expensive but worth it to have a treat. It's low GI.
It's better than other sweeteners don't upset stomach.

I'm surprised that knowing has commented on coconut nectar. I have been reading more about it all good for diabetics. I use it in all my cooking using almond flour and coconut flour and so far so good.

Never heard of it - but it sounds very interesting. Maple syrup is supposed to be good for you, and we all know that coconut oil is very good for diabetes.

Makes perfect sense that sap from a coconut tree (Coconut Syrup?) would be good for you.

I'll probably check t his out...

Hi Maddiemo1, :)

Must admit I missed your Topic.
Sounds really good, I shall certainly try it as I do not like the chemicals used in sweeteners.

I have been using agave nectar However your coconut nectar has a better write up.

Thanks Roy. :)
