Coffee?

Hi all,
Has anyone found something other than cream to put in your coffee?
I love cream, but can’t quite get past the fact that is probably ok in moderation but maybe not in four or five cups a day!
Ive tried coffee mate, but the first ingredient is syrup. Milk is fine, but cream is so much nicer.
Thank you.

I know I probably shouldn’t but I’m sticking with the cream. I’d considered taking it black mind, just for a moment!

Pre T2 I generally used milk with my coffee - a carry over from my youth when coffee and cream was considered a luxury treat. Now I've used no added sugar almond and hazelnut "milk". They suit me fine, and there's a whole range of other types, e.g. oat or soya to choose from. I just prefer my cream ration to go where I can eat it neat instead.

I have cut down my coffee with cream (even though decaff) as I am experiencing cluster headaches and its a process of elimination at the moment.

The only thing I like in my coffee is more coffee apart from sometimes a little pinch of salt , can’t stand cream or anything else in coffee or tea

I like my cream in top of my coffee, nice and thick , but limit myself to one a day.
Rest of the time it's clear herbal teas

Once you get use to black there’s no going back

I’m surprised no one has mentioned butter! Check out ‘BullettProof” or just search for ‘butter in coffee’.

Really quite nice despite what your first thoughts might be.

The only reason I don’t have it often is that I can’t really be trusted with an electrical whisk - there needs to be an adult in the room to clear up and I don’t qualify:(

You can get lactofree "cream" which as far as I know doesn't have any nasties in it, just the lacto taken out.

Personally I stick with real cream, or else black coffee.
