Anonymous Question Confused about my morning readings.

I have high 7/8 readings when I wake up and yet 'normal readings 5.4 to 6.4 two hours after eating - feel hot and weak when waking up but fine throughout the day when eating - very confused.

I don't think readings of 7 could make you feel ill, maybe see the dr?

Mine were like that for about a year even LCHF then they suddenly dropped to the 5s literally overnight and have pretty much stayed there.

Could you be dehydrated? Try keeping a drink of water by the bed and see if taking that as soon as you wake resolves the sensation.
