Yes. I suspect the water is the main 'mover'. You do need to drink a lot of water when on a high fibre diet.Avocado, olive oil and drinking lots of water usually works for me.

They do... for most people. Even sugar free lollies wouldn't work for me. Some people need medications for this condition. I'm hoping the OP finds relief without needing to go there.Sugar free lollies do the trick.
