Plus, I have been unable to find the study that prescribes natural statin, i.e. red yeast rice from Japan, and compared it with artificial statins based upon them. Could it be that the cost of the natural statins is a tiny fraction of the drugs based upon them? Could it be that the method for testing how much to take is a no brainer when it comes to natural statins?
What is that method, you miught ask. Simply start your dose with a half teaspoon of the cooked red yeast rice. A few days later, raise that dose. Once you have muscle pain or a charley horse, reduce by that raised amount back to where you were before
