Rats, I meant to click the "funny" emoji. I do like the post prandial "***" moment.I often feel the same. I liken it to my body receiving something other than the carbs it's been used to and going "***?", (why this fat?) and then dealing with it. It comes on soon after eating but isn't long lasting. I make it into a positive because I feel better that way.
Actually, I have very recently been following the advice of some people on this Forum and eating a bit less fat, a bit more protein, and that seems to be going down better. Just hope I'm not going to develop dragon's breath.
