Hi Anna, I want to suggest that there should be a rule against being constantly and repeatedly obnoxious and/or if repeatedly interfering in threads as I can't find that in the rules. Here is the forum rules yet again .

sorry didn't know I was.Hi Anna, I want to suggest that there should be a rule against being constantly and repeatedly obnoxious and/or if repeatedly interfering in threads as I can't find that in the rules.
Am I very myopic or is there a rule about being abusive? I remember when I tried to be nice to someone I found very stupid indeed but he kept being offensive or so I felt anyway and when I finally told him off in a rather unkind manner I realised he was a moderator as he banned me. I seem to remember the reason for my five day ban was that I had been offensive or at least I was told so after raising hell to get an explanation for the ban. I learnt that moderators are allowed to act as they like but us commoners aren't allowed to answer back.
And yes, I did behave very badly but I was also provoked by a moderator in a way I have rarely experienced on this forum. So what about these rules? Because I feel there are certain members out there who constantly interfere in threads they really aren't interested in, and I am also a bit worried about the different standards of behaviour required from mods and from the rest of us.
