Hi there, I just found out about this forum and I wish I had found it earlier. I recently got peripheral neuropathy on my arm for the first time. Its quite scary and very painful! I was diagnosed with type 1 in 2009 and moved to the London 4 years ago. Since then My blood sugar level has been to high. It's of course mainly my fault but also I dont get lots of support of my doctors. Especially as the system here is so much different. I was wondering if you knew if there are any couses available to refresh my carbs counting and insulin intake? Does anyone experience with peripheral neuropathy?

Hi @Rebecca12
first a warm welcome to the forum !!:)

you should get in contact with the diabetes specialist nurse at your hospital or if you only have a GP get in touch with them.
there can sometimes be a wait but basically keep pushing and don't be fobbed off.
sorry - no experience of peripheral neuropathy
