Had my second covid jab on Thursday since then my blood sugar has been very low. I was not told it would lower my bloods sugar level I am posting this so other people know wot too look out for. I was took too hospital 3 weeks ago with leaves in the 36.7 so too have it drop too 5.1 6.8 after the covid jab

This is not unknown and has been reported in other threads.
With diabetes, we are all different.
Some people are experiencing lower than usual blood sugars after the jab, others are experiencing higher than usual and some are experiencing no difference.
I had my first jab, expected to go higher but went lower.
As a result, I am going into my second jab with no expectations except to need to do extra testing with extra insulin on hand if I go higher than usual and extra hypo treatment on hand if I go lower.
in other words, I expect the unexpected and am grateful for the privilege of getting the added covid protection that will allow me, my friends, family, colleagues and other around me to start to return to some type of normality.

2nd Pfizer jab yesterday.
1st one no issue what so ever.
Slight issue yesterday.
Get a little psychosomatic asthma sometimes, stress usually
Got a little bit stressed over 2nd jab I think.
"Felt" I had a headache, "Felt" hot after.
Once outside in fresh air felt ok
Took 2 paracetamol to be safe
Absolutely no issues since .
Fbg a tad higher 7.1 but since injury been running higher anyway.(6+most days)
Another glad to have the added protection.

I have had no bgl problems with my first AZ vaccination, my levels were about the same. So I expect my second AZ vaccination to be the same, I am not concerned if the levels do go up or down, as I am getting a vaccination against a deadly virus.
