Cramp - anyone else get it?

    Hi i have had leg cramps for years.My doc has taken me off quinine a few months ago as it supposed to be bad for us.I now drink diet tonic water,diet bitter lemon or diet iron bru as all 3 have a small amount of quinine in.I drink about 2 bottles or cans a week & that does the trick for me,not had cramps for 3 mths now.

    I get cramp in my feet, especially after a long or particularly busy day at work!!
