Have just had a curry, home made.
I used Pataks Korma paste. This jar is a 290g size. Carbs 14.6 per 100g.
I didn't use the hole jar, if you used a hotter paste you would use less paste.
I made my version of a veggie curry.
1. Red onion.
1 courgette
Some not sure how much, celeriac
1 large celery stick
Half a red pepper.
Chopped it up into small pieces, fryed in a little oil, when it looked like it may burn, instead of adding more oil, I then added a little water and the curry paste.
Plus a sacket of coconut cream.
Cooked until soft ish, to your own taste.
If too hot, a large spoonful of yoghurt cools it down.
I also tried to make the cauliflower bhajee.
Not sure if I made it correct.
