Not expecting a Big weight loss Monday, Due to the fact cant do any exercise ,But you never know
I do find my hardiest time around around 8<>9 at night as I normally have some cheese and apple to nibble both are out of bounds For now . :?
I Normally take Januvia at Noon see what BG are before lunch If BG are Good below 7 will drop it Then for the first time in 4 years i will be diabetic med free Yee-Har.
how long for we, will have to see :!: but fingers crossed ,
Monday the Practice Nurse is going to blow a gasket finding out i have dropped all the Meds So soon Just hope i have lost something .
Only thing have to hang until 12:00 on Monday thats my appointment time last slot when GP and nurse are free

I asked if a stand on wheels could be moved to allow access
So i could enter a pathway I Was told NO , Red Rag time :evil:
Told him the gap should be min 700 wide for wheelchair assess ,he said the gap is for push wheelchairs and not electric ones , I told him its for any wheelchair/ and my electric wheelchair only 600 wide less than the standard push wheelchair ? ,,

However my Wife is miffed off ,as shes been doing slimming world for four weeks

Diet also seems to have had a good effect on my BP something my GP was worried about

Good thing now is any side effects I am having
I now know 100% are from pain killing drugs not down to any diabetic meds

Still finding it very easy I do not feel hunger at all ,, only like a munch while watching TV around
9<>10 as i normally have some cheese and apple then ,now i save the veg for then

All the drinks taste better chilled So we put a large bottle tap water in the fridge to make the drinks with the coffee one is better with some ice in as well
Still i have not come back the the caramel one yet ,think i may give it a shot tonight :roll:

I try to only use the ready made shakes when out as more kcals than made with powder and water
at home. the ready made are very handy when your out
My wife works at Sainsburys so picks all my slim-fast stuff up with her discount

If you think two tubs will make 24 meals thats cheap grub for the week @ £5.85 a tub

Feels like im going to have a bad day already in a lot of pain ,Wife has asked for nurse to call in
as she left for work cares not due till 11:00 to today
