Nurse has sorted it with Injection for now will pop back at 16:00 see how i am

I don't want to go in if i can help it just for pain control

I have all pain relief here MORPHINE on tap and loads of other things ect just a pay off pain or
Stupor
Too much and your just not in the same room as everyone else :shock:

Drugs hold 90% back but you always have moments when nothing will touch it
condition is progressive so always playing catch up with it

Just cant wait for Tuesday see how much i may of lost

I am so impressed that you are still sticking with the program through it all....... some would
have chucked in the towel.

Well i have got 6 tins of slimfast .............. ALL strawberry !!!!!!!! arggghhhhh
oh well better than none at all.

Been weight today and another 3 lb loss so thats 19 lb altogether in 28days.
I am so pleased with how things are going and the Bg steady at 5.7.

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow.

TRY Coffee Chocolate Banana Ones ones i think are the best i do like the Strawberry but 6 tins :shock:

Great weight loss. Doing well.
The "feeling cold" thing. I have that and have since I started low carbing. Didn't recognise the connection at first but it is definately the case. Read somewhere that when the body burns processed carbs it's core temp is raised and that is what I was used to for all my life.

I haven't weighed this week (fell off over the weekend - ate a kebab and chips on Sat. night. :oops:).

Learned a valuable lesson, though. I can't eat like I used to, and I felt absolutely terrible (physically and mentally) afterwards.

Total weight lost to date (prior to the slip, which I'm sure will have added a few lbs) is 18lbs.
