Since shifting to very low carb, which has been working well for blood glucose levels, I am finding that I'm getting deposits on my teeth. Can anyone suggest what is happening?

Too much bullet proof coffee?

That’s odd, my teeth feel less ‘furry’ on low carb. My hygienist mentioned that I have less plaque now too. What type of deposits do you mean?

It makes my teeth feel like there is a layer of stuff on them. Not visible, but feels rough to the tongue and is removed by electric brushing. Feels like a thin deposit of powdery stuff, but I don't know.
brocolli and rhubarb can do that to me. have you introduced any different veg to your diet?

that will be the oxalates

And beware the fact that oxalates are a common cause of kidney stones, so if you're going high oxalate make sure you go high water quantities as well....
