Dexcom g6 broken wire under skin

Hey !

I changed my g6 sensor and thought the wire looked considerably shorter.

IVe had pain in my arm and been to the doctors and it turns out that it has indeed broken off under the skin and need to be referred to a surgeon to get it out.

Im just wandering if anyone else has experience this ?

It looks like dexcom are aware of the possibility?

Yes, I had the same thing happen. How did you get it out. It bothers me everyday since and its been 3 months.
