Diabetes awareness for work

Hi all, Hope you may be able to help me!

On diabetes day this year (14th November) I am planning on adding something to our intranet at work to try and help raise awareness.

I need some material or links that I can put in my article that will attract attention whilst being an easy read so people will actually take the time to look through it.

I've found some articles on here about symptoms of diabetes, I wondered if anyone had come across any good material I could use?
