I'm vegan. I mainly eat carbs, veg, soya etc. I count carbs to work out my insulin. It's so hard working out carbs in a meal though. I just want perfect results and cant achieve them!!Lots of virtual hugs. Remember that T1 women have been having babies since long before glucometers were invented, let alone cgms (continuous glucose monitors). Your idea of "really high" may not be that high at all.
I guess the first question is, what are you eating and how high are those "really high" levels? And if your readings are coming from a libre or dexcom, remember to take them with a large piece of salt.
