Hi CaraMorning Pavlos
I am enjoying reading this thread.
Have you any desire to be totally med free?
You seem to be doing really well.
Keep up the good work!
Cara

One hour after dinner and I am at a surprising 85mg/dl (4,8 mmol/l). For some reason I can handle roast potatoes.
If this keeps up I will have lots of ammo to hit my doctor with and I will not wait two weeks to do so.
I am a bit unhappy that he put me on a very high dosage of 3x850 mg of metformin to compensate for the januvia I no longer take. Recommended dosage for metformin is 2000 mg daily ( with max of 3000). I am currently on 2550 daily. I hope to reduce this to 2000 or less. I just need to convince my doctor that it is safe for me to do so!

It's certainly a fine balancing act, isn't it. Well done. Two hours after breakfast, a rather surprisingly high 137mg (7,6 mg).
Possible that I had a liver dump during morning walk as I was 88mg when I set out. Should have had breakfast before not after my walk!
At two and a half hours back to 106mg (5,9 mmol), which is more like it
Hi and thank you for posting.85mg/dl one hour after dinner is little bit low. Check BG after 1.5 hours. I think you can help with some more carb. You have to watch out Hypoglycemia. (It should not happen during night when you are sleeping)
