Most of the drug stores here in the states have them. Costco and Walmart are usually the cheapest. But you can pull them up under Amazon or ebay. I have found ebay cheaper and free shipping more so for this kind of thing than Amazon. There are also medical supply places online.
If you've been diagnosed with sugar issues, it doesn't have to be diagnosed as diabetes usually your insurance will cover whatever your doctor says you need and you just pay a copay. Just ask your doctor to send in a prescription. Some insurance requires certain brands to be used, but then they will cover a new meter if that's the case.
