That's what I'm thinking batch cooking.Not sure about freezing fried eggs, may turn out rubbery but the rest should be OK. I usually cook in batches for the week ahead, at least. Microwave is fine for re-heating.
Can I freeze my gorgeous fishcakes? Is it before I have cooked them or after. I stick to making and cooking them fresh but would love to make double the amount and freeze them.
Ingredients: cod, pepper, onion, fresh breadcrumbs, philly cheese, chives n garlic n paprika. Just all mixed together.....
I'd freeze them as individual patties before cooking if it were me.That's what I do with my homemade burgers,
