I went for my blood pressure taken this morning and its down to normal , also i have lost one stone in weight since doing the low carb high fat diet .

She was really shocked and happy for me and she kept telling me so , she said that weight loss is amazing and already is showing in my blood pressure .

I had to have a full blood count blood test taken as it was forgotten last month but the one last year came back fine and I expect this one to be fine too .

So I am really happy today and feeling on top of the world . LCHF really works :)

That’s fantastic news. Well done for taking control and getting back your health.

And yes, LCHF really works. It even fixed my peripheral neuropathy! :D
 
By the way, the thread title reminds me of one of those “two crazy tricks that are making doctors mad!” clickbait internet advertisements :D
