I have lots to say and the topic of conversation is

'Non Diabetic people thieving my scran!'

No Jahlsberg cheese and no roast ham for my breakfast because 'someone' really likes my mouse cheese and someone else really loves the M&S roast ham. In fact someone said 'if you get a sausage (this would be one of the high meat content sausages I get) wrap it up in a slice of Jahlsberg and then wrap it in a piece of (kerrygold) buttered Bergen toast it is "Epic" and next time he's gonna have three".

Chunter, chunter, mumble and grumble!

Must try that sounds good non the less tell the thieving rat to keep his/her hands off. Thing is in my house we are all low carb so provisions have to be for three, four when grandson home from university

@heh Sorry I missed it but happy belated birthday wishes sounds like you had and are having a great time.

I will tell both the thieving rats to replace what they ate and put an industrial grade padlock on't fridge!

Yes, still in full chunter mode here.

I was going to suggest a mouse trap; your idea of a padlock is much kinder!

We don't have that problem. He eats the same foods I do, plus all his carbs. So it is more likely mje stealing his stuff!!!!!

Well, first day of our hols almost over and if the weather stays like this all week we will need summer clothes and sun cream. It has been beautiful. I am exaggerating about the sun cream, it ain't that hot. This area is so beautiful. Fast flowing river, canal and steam railway all running more or less parallel, and beautiful mountains and hills.

Had a lovely day attaching the sails to the ship of my friend to get ready for the sailing season with a bunch of other friends.
Hard work in the sun and the cold with unusual foods so I kept overestimating my insulin needs Luckily I caught the dropping every time when around 4 so avoided anything below 3.8.
Too bad I misgambled my insulin for my late dinner of Chinese take away plus my own pretty low carb tjap tjoy as well. I have to get up early tomorrow but no sleep for now until I'm sure to be safe.
Good thing I'll be busy from 8 to 1 tomorrow morning but nothing after that, not even cooking. Enough left for the next 2 days :)

Trying not to get stressed by moaning 5yr old who has decided his blanket is just not to his liking.
Its always something.
Not expecting an undisturbed night when he's in this frame of mind. We'll see. :(

Good luck, @ickihun . Good to see you again. I guess we've been hanging around different forums/threads recently.

@Antje77 stay safe and I hope you get some safe sleep sometime. The ship sounds like fun. What kind is it?

Well, it took dorito's and coated peanuts (to prevent going low again later in the night), way more licorice than I have ever eaten for a hypo before (except the one time I mixed up my insulins) andf a couple of slugs of undiluted lemonade for good measure before I dared sleeping. Libre graph tells me I only rose to about 8, maybe close to 9 before slowly dropping again though the night (I usually do a slow rise through the night) to 6.4 upon waking. Pretty bizarre to me, and definitely higher through the night than I would normally like but perfectly happy with it for tonight.

This it the ship, Klipper Anna. She's a century old flat bottomed cargo ship, now used to sail with groups on the Waddenzee. 27 meters long with room for 26 people to sleep.

How unlucky am I. Just went to get a drink of water and a light bulb exploded, the glass has given me two cuts one on each foot!

Note to self: put yer blummin' slippers on.

Morning all
