Relax, you are still in shock and the truth is you have had high sugar for a while and there is nothing wrong with taking a month or two or even 3 to get your head around this

I went hard core and did a carb cleanse. I found drop wheat and grains, sugar and potato which is basically where I got my big carbs from.
the sugar cravings went when I dropped the carbs. after 2 or 3 days I wasn't starving hungry,
