My husband has lost over 2st since I started low carbing and an inch off his belt size during the first two weeks of DD. The well man clinic nurse said he really doesn't need to lose any more as he is now perfect BMI and low BP.
Oh poor you *hug* did that 11.6 make you feel awful? I went up to 9. something on Saturday and felt fuzzy headed an like I could have just slept the day away.
I'm going to have a 'clean' week sticking to as low carb as I can get it. I enjoyed the DD recipes but they were often a bit too rich/fatty for me.
I have a fridge full of avocados, soured cream, salad, aubergines and cold roast chicken so they will be the basis of what I eat this week.
