Thanks nicole, from some post i think my liver make sugar from glicogen. After exercise my BG up but my fasting BG drop, i still waiting for next morning, i will test it again
 
For information I have access to Ian's blogs so it must be a permission problem @DCUKMod.
 
Similarly so for me @andcol. I raised it with the techies last night.
