url for our own low carb forum here EISH!!! Someone mentioned Viv's modified Atkins it is in the link l use that as my base eating plan and am on about 30 gram carbs a day.
I don't weigh l measure with fat callipers. Anyway l have gone from 28% body fat to 17% body fat on last measure. l wont have a problem about when l get down my body fat what will l do, l have 3 HUGE body fat sources that will take years to shift....my bum and my ermm ermm l know what l can describe it as, "my frontage x2"
New clothes needed but not bought as with weight loss l will soon need more and so not wasting money yet.
