I think I might give that a go - not had a Chinese for over 6 months now! Or fish & chips from the chippy!
i didn't have a day off for the first 4 months, I was very strict at fewer than 50g carbs a day, but I've had the odd treat since then, a cinnamon fruit bun from my local bakery, a prawn mayo sandwich after spending a few hours at the hospital, a couple of chocolate eclairs on my birthday (lowest carb cake I could find!) and they haven't made any difference to my BG, so I think a weekly treat is finally possible for me

I've still got a Aunt Bessie Jam Roly Poly in the freezer, that might be my treat this week!
