Yes we have that. Thanks will give it a taste.
Funny it’s also made by the Jim bean company.
Funny story..
Hubbies fav scotch is Lafroge(sp) from Scotland. We actually went to tout the makers mark distillery and we learned something rather funny. In order for a bourbon to be a bourbon it has to be aged in a clean white oak barrel. Fine. Then we learned that makers sends their used barrels to Scotland to lafroge.
My fav bourbon and his fav scotch. Jeff and I are soul mates so it was actually very funny to us

I too like to have my drink and do my own thing. He likes the tv shows I like but he likes some I can’t stand lol. So on my own. Lol

I had to look this up as I had never heard of SIBO. It doesn't seem to be a term used by NICE which is the official UK medical advisory body, maybe they class it as a form IBS. I have included the URL in case it is of any interest.
https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/conditions-and-diseases/digestive-tract-conditions
Yes, it is a form of IBS and can be extremely restrictive. Luckily things move along quite well and I never need to be near a bathroom as many people do.
It’s painful at times if I don’t keep to my stupid food. BUT I’m also very keto with my diet as I feel best and have for long before diabetes. I’ve been carb intolerant sincea kid looking back. Since my foods are limited and we rarely eat out I can afford to buy very high quality of food. The saying used to be ‘we are what we eat’, now it’s ‘we are what we digest’
Food has changed. Baby formula for example. First two ingre are HFCS and soy protein isolate. No wonder young babies and kids have celiac and dairy intolerances at such a young age. What nutrients are in those?
Though my foods are limited they are all very nutrient dense.
Believe me, it’s been / is a struggle to not ‘ be normal’ but I also think many people have intolerances they aren’t aware of. They band aid it with meds and supplements.
The foods I mentioned are all on the top highest allergen/intolerance foods.
Wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shrimp, seafood and citrus.
Coffee just messes with me. Makes me sleepy haha. Not a good sign.
And if my stomach isn’t happy nothings good,, aches, tired, moody, anxiety
It’s not WHEN I eat it always. So,etimes the day after. My daughter told me when her roommate eats gluten or dairy she cries and is moody the next few days. Let me say I’m doing this for my hubby as well. He’s great about it though
Any which way, I do love my foods.

I want to read that but it won’t load other than a paragraph or so
Oh dear, when I click on the link it loads a very long article. And I'm not subscribed to this organisation, so it's not that. I just Googled SIBO and this was one of the choices that came up, so maybe you could get there that way?

I see I have to scroll through 64 pages one at a time on the bottom left. At least I have something to read for days. Lol
I’ve done loads of research already. The low FODMAPS diet seems to work and in the quantities they suggest.

I also helps me tune out the TV while I’m on the forum or Pinterest and Mr Hotpepper is watching something dumb on TV lol
Well...yuk on the duck fat. Ghee will be my only dairy. I’m going to keep my few pecans, macadamia and dark choc chips for my snack with my cocktail. Just limiting everything.
Yes, I didn't really mean the link for you, as I thought you'd know all about it. It was for people like me who have no idea about SIBO.

I know....thank you. I needed a refresher lol. I seemed to veere a little too much. I did pick up some more Brussels, asparagus and I usually have broccoli with dinner. I just have to space it all out through out the day
