Hi, now Easter is on us, how many chocolate eggs is the limit, god do I miss cream eggs, looks like sweet FA for me. On the cold front, what's good, as I us to take lemsip but are they good for me.

You could buy yourself some 80-90% dark chocolate which is low in carbohydrates, I'm sure Green & Black's also do a dark chocolate egg. Aldi sell a 85% dark chocolate called Moser Roth that contains 5 individual bars per pack, each one bar contains 4g of carbs.

Colds I just ride them out or take paracetamol, ask your Pharmacist for a suitable product failing that.
