Hi. I was just reading on line about eating beans ie kidney beans with rice or butter beans etc is better and lowers the carbs, than eating rice on its on. Is that true? Hope so love beans and rice with some mushrooms garlic and onions yum. What does anyone else think? As it is now don't eat rice at all. Also has anyone heard of pre-germinated rice?
