High blood sugars can make you feel very tired.I'm very tired all the time IV no energy left inside me
can I eat allbran bran flakes
Best to avoid All-Bran flakes: they will probably raise your sugars a lot.Hiya thanks for that can I eat allbran bran flakes
If you do choose to have at least some cereals look at the packing for Total carbs. I think you will find Weetabix is not too bad. I sometimes have just one if staying away but most of the time I have eggs and bacon. No-added sugar muesli isn't too bad but not a bowl full.Best to avoid All-Bran flakes: they will probably raise your sugars a lot.
Try not to cereal if you can avoid it.
Hi Pammy. Isn't t awful to be told that breakfast cereals are bad for diabetics (including porridge sadly)Well wat about porridge
Yes it does at first but when you get used to your new diet you will look at others eating their cereals and wonder why they don't have something delicious and nutritious instead.Well life stucks might as well eat bread water or just die lol joke
As soon as you get the hang of this you will feel TONS better believe me! First thing you need is a little blood glucose meter. Mine is a Gluco Navii that came with a few test strips, and was under a tenner, but there are others to choose from. This is the BEST way to find which foods you can have. Read as much on here as possible especially the links to meters etcWell life stucks might as well eat bread water or just die lol joke
According to your GP you are correct in thinking this. However, you will find that everyone on here has controlled their diabetic numbers from going up by testing before and then two hours after any meal that might cause high numbers. Otherwise how can you know if what you are eating is helping or hindering you beating this? If numbers aren't controlled then diabetes is progressing. Simple. I have got my number down in only seven weeks, from 67 or 68 to 37 which is none diabetic. I also lost 20lbs without going hungry! Carbs are our enemy as we are allergic to them, but you need to test to find which ones affect 'you' as we are all differentBut I'm dietebetic stage 2 don't need to take blood that for only stage 1 is it not
I have to stop eating junk food and be careful wat I'm eating also need to watch wat I drink I'm going to look after myself now start eating healthy and try loose weight.
I'm very tired all the time IV no energy left inside me I used to be able to go for walks all the time used to manage to climb my stairs as I'm in a flat loved to go cycling but that all thrown out the window don't know what has happen to me
