Hi feeling a little down today, I finally got to 7 the other day (blood read) and I had a fake hypo , ate sensible lunch no sugar as understood why.
Then had the worst headache /migraine for 7 hours!
I’m drinking loads of water.
I often get them with fake hypos as a warning sign I just don’t think my body likes being low any more:(
Anyone else bern through this pls?

Your body gets used to being high.. so when it’s low it craves food to get back to what was its normal so yes you’ll get false hypos even though you are still high

Over time the body gets used to being lower and will accept it

You might find you are low on salt.. Try taking a tiny pinch of salt under your tongue when you feel migraine approaching, it stops some of mine!
Also add a little salt to food. If you've moved away from processed food you might find your body isn't get enough any longer.
Ps migraines for me are also triggered by thunder, rain, bright lights, reflections and lilies. Its not always related to diabetes or food, sadly!
