Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with endurance events? Iron man/triathlon etc? How did you manage during, testing, eating and so on?
Only thing I do is digging for 4 hours .. But thats probably the equivalent to weight lifting! Know of another chap ( doesnt use this forum) that uses a cgm . He does a lot of cycling and gym and stuff, but he uses a cgm to give him better results
