Hell @Jonno1980 thanks for giving us an update, the very fact you are here shows that you are looking for support, I know I don't walk in your shoes, but I can be ear if you need to off load. Maybe tell us why you feel so driven in your need to self destruct ?
I have learnt that all emotional states are temporary, some linger longer than others but taking some time to try and look at life a little differently, maybe take a walk and go a different route, or speak to someone you normally pass by. I also find when your feeling low that thoughts can build up over the day so mornings are a good time to try and seek help or speak to someone about how your feeling, do you have someone close by you can talk to ?
