Erythritol which brand?

Hi all
I've given up on the idea of trying to make creme caramel but have seen a number of recipes which call for erythritol. I've been onto Amazon but there are so many brands, more or less the same price.
I've got Truvia but only a small pot.
Can you tell me what brand of erythritol you use and what's it like?

I get Pink sun or NKD living in 1 or 2kg bags - I mainly use erythritol in baking to make low carb muffins / cakes and berry compotes
