I wonder if anyone else has noticed the following phenomenon too - when I low level exercise (typically slow cycle ride around town) my blood sugar drops. But if I exercise at a relatively high level (typically cycle 20 or so miles) my blood sugar rises.

Yea thats pretty normal - when your body needs extra glucose because of the need for energy through activity you produce your own from fat or stores.

Thats perfectly normal, its just like eating a meal and nothing really to worry about - it should come down on its own just like after a meal. I usually find it comes down quicker - less then an hour

I have noticed that my levels are lower now that my exercise classes have stopped. I just walk now.
