Hi , as many of you on here will know I have been controlling my diabetes with diet and exercise .
I am currently doing the 5x50 challenge and I have 12 days left of it.

I have enjoyed the challenge and feel so much better, , because of this I have challenged some of my friends to do 30 minutes exercise for 42 days starting 19thMay. Anyone who'd like to join in is very welcome. Feel free to do what ever exercise you wish , it's about getting healthy . No pressure .

Hi Jamrox

I am too undisciplined to join in, but I wish you all the best :)

Bump for evening folk.

Great bexter . I feel so much better doing the 5x50 challenge and don't want to loose momentum.
Avocado thanks for the encouragement x

I swim in the sea every day. Does it count, as I do that already?

Sorry, what's the 5x50 challenge?

Yes, Jamrox, I have changed my mind. Count me in, I may have difficulty with one particular day, but I will try to work around that so that I can get a decent 30 minutes walk in every day.

Ive been doing it , its almost finished and it has stopped me making excuses about exercise.
I'm frightened that I start making excuses and that's why I've challenged myself to doing 30 minutes exercise daily for 42 days starting 19th May.
I have invited others to do it.

Zand glad you are in, no pressure though . Don't make your knee worse.
