Best exercise for what results ? Do you want toning, strength or weight loss ? Give a little background info and you'll get a better response. In the meantime, low impact cardio is a good start. Cross trainer, rowing maching or spinning ?

I know that was quite brief!!

I just want to keep active during my pregnancy. I have gestational diabetes and am injecting insulin 4x a day. I'm not overweight (9st 7lbs) but just feel like I should do something! I have noticed that my blood sugar drops dramatically after some exercise, for exams after an hour walk it dropped to 2.5. I'm just not sure of the right things to do

Thank u in advance.

Ideally you shouldn't exercise if BS below 7. If you know you're going to exercise, you can either adjust insulin down or have a fast acting snack beforehand. The benefits of exercise far outweigh any associated complications. Being pregnant though, I would check with your doc first. Good luck !
