Extremely worried and depressed.

But unfortunately being a bachelor I don't have food processor to make cauliflower rice.
You can do it with an old fashioned grater ... Or buy yourself a food processor?

I tried doing old fashioned but I didn't had any success with the grater I had.
I will get a new one and try it once more.

Secondly do you use any homeo or alopathy medicine to have this result.

Amir Ali
I don't use any medicine. I am not clear what results to are referring too.
If you are asking for weight loss it's just low carb diet and I am eating only when I am hungry and I don't eat till I am full. I do exercise a lot.
I am not diagnosed for pre diabetes or diabetes yet, so for blood sugar I don't think you would want to look at my results.

What happened? Did you end up knee deep in grated cauli flower? It does tend to get a little messy, especially without a food processor.

I was lot of work. Also the chunks we're kind of big then I expected. I tried in grinder too but that was again not grating as expected.
I am thinking to get grater Which has smaller gaps.

My old fashioned cheese grater has two sizes of holes. I always use the larger, so I don't think smaller is better in this case. Just now I finished eating a new (to me) variety of cauliflower rice. I mixed in some coconut oil, salt and grated mozarella cheese, and popped it into the microwave for 6 minutes. However, in India I'd substitue the mozarella for paneer fried in curry and then chopped. I'd also add some cilantro :)

Thanksfor the recipe.:)
I will try it today and let you how it turns out. I do have mozarella with me. Just don't have microwave. Will make I on skillet though.

Thanks. I'll try not stress much. I get anxious on any health issue. Sorry for the rant.
But.do feel that I have a major insulin resistence problem. My morning glucose was 96 and bed time glucose was 87. I am reading that this is because liver release glucose in blood but it is not getting cleared.

The difference between 87mg/dl (4.8mmol/l) and 96mg/dl (5.3mmol.l) is negligible, and both readings are normal.
Yes, the liver does dump glucose in a morning, but usually by much more than you are experiencing. You are stressing yourself over nothing I'm afraid.

Probably. I believe my liver glycogen is less as I was in ketosis 2 days back and haven't eaten much carbs last two days also.
But I will keep an eye to the numbers.

Today I had a reading of 150mg/dl after same type of meal. :(
I think I need a psychologist and diabetic specialist doctor.
I will schedule a consultation tommorow.
I just can't take it anymore.

my blood sugar today after one hour was 8.4, by 2 hours 5.9, 2.5 hours 5.6.
I am planning to get tested in lab tomorrow and then will consult a doctor.

"Normal" people will often go quite high after eating but they recover to non-diabetic levels quickly just as you did.

Wheat is not good for us.

Can I point you to the Headbangers kitchen website. He has a recipe that might suit you better for Indian breads.

If you are eating with family, they should be told because you need to eat different things. It's your decision at the end of the day
Love Headbanger he is brilliant

Much ado about nothing ... those numbers are fine. Chill
