I have added a detailed signature now. Unfortunately, I am in no position to get a HBA1C, due to issues in life at the moment, as soon as I do and I progress I will update my records in priority. Right now, my health has never been better, and that's from the help of everyone on this forum. Including, Tipetoo.

My BG when testing have been commendable (in hospital I was waking up with BG of 8mmol and so on)

FBG (Finger Prick): Between 4.0 mmol - 5 mmol
    Pre Meal: 4.0 mmol - 4.4 mmol
    Post Meal 1 hours (5.6mmol)
    Post Meal 2 hours (5.2mmol)
    Post Meal 3 hours (4.4mmol - 4.8mmol)
