I had a look at these, 18g of carbs in each bar, my usual ones have 10
18g of polyols .. basically very low calorie sugar substitute. Technically a carb but can be ignored in terms of calorific effect. Actual carbs per bar 1.8 grams.I had a look at these, 18g of carbs in each bar, my usual ones have 10
