Sorry to hear about your daughter, teenage girls are hard work at the best of times, you’re a great father & she’s very lucky to have youLOL
Sadly not, my sister and get family were down to visit and spend time with mum. My daughter is high functioning autistic .. can't cope with a house full of noise and disorder. So we spent the weekend in hotel in the city centre. It was pretty good fun as it happens, she likes hotels. Once the door closes the environment is going to be just as she wants it with no disturbances or intrusions from outside. Lots of take away food, we were right on the edge of China town and the city centre so we had lots of choice. Just chilling and watching TV and movies. Sounds strange I'm sure but it was a good solution.
Man oh man .. that is tough! I hope you start seeing some improvement in the shoulder soon. You'll get there .. in the meantime, thankfully there is PeletonLibre 5.3

Back at hospital again yesterday, need more laser treatment
Getting fed up now, doing everything one handed is hard, when that hand is your non dominant one it’s impossible & I can’t go to the gym, Peleton might be possible next week if someone will do my shoes up (leave them clipped in the pedals)
Thank you for your kind words. Anyone who has an autistic child, or is close to someone who does, understands the challenges. We're very lucky, it is challenging but it could be so much harder, thankfully she is high functioning (though that's not as easy as it sounds and there are a lot of triggers that can cause a lot of anxiety and associated behaviours). She's a lovely kid and hopefully with time she will learn to cope and when she is not anxious she is really good fun to hang out with, the other times when it gets tough she just needs time, space, kindness and an understanding that when it gets bad her behaviour is really not directed at you personally and that it will pass. It is tougher to deal with as the only parent, but very rewarding too. There is a lot of love and a very strong bond.Sorry to hear about your daughter, teenage girls are hard work at the best of times, you’re a great father & she’s very lucky to have you
You’re doing a great job, bringing kids up is the hardest job, things will get easier in time, take careThank you for your kind words. Boys going up to Manchester on Thursday to see Peter Kay so I’m having a day off, thinking a treadmill walk is safer than outdoors & it’ll be warmerMan oh man .. that is tough! Been to China Town and the city centre many times and loved it each time. Going back in December, such a nice atmosphere in China Town. Used to go around all the record shops back in the late 90s to build up my vinyl collection. Tower records was great, brings back so many memories of running to Paddington station, to get on the Virgin train by the skin of our teeth to get back to SomersetLOL
