Decent, but not enormous, The only things left now area couple more celeriac, some sprouts and parsnips for Xmas day and my Jerusalem artichokes which only I like. Quite enjoying it .. my daughter likes to get out for a walk when there is no one about .. she doesn't care if it is cold or raining. It is good for her anxiety and autism. I quite like it too .. just wrap up and goHow are you finding walking every night, must be dark & cold?
He’s doing for a pre op check next weekSounds good. Yes I should try and eat or drink more vinegary things .. just not a fan at all of vinegar .. yuk.
Have a full bottle of untouched apple cider vinegar .. must start having some before each meal and at bedtime.
How is your husband doing? Hope things are OK, sounds so stressful.

I’ve got a bottle of apple cider vinegar in the cupboard, horrible I can’t drink it, I do like pickled beetroot on salad though
