Tropical fruit salad, yoghurt, pecans {146 Cal / 17.6g Carbs}
Dinner (6.30pm): Roast duck, celeriac dauphinoise, roast celeriac, celeriac puree,
green beans, Cumberland sauce, Pinot Noir (5oz) {635 Cal / 28.2g Carbs}
First home grown celeriac of the year, thought I would give it the full works - delicious
