Iced foot for 10 minutes

Gave up & had a coffee, iced foot again
Supposed to be going to cadwell today, not sure I’m up to walking up & down hills all day, not even sure I can get my boots on
I dont think Debbie ever takes a day off, still continues regardless such a trooper. Me, as much as I love exercise, being ill, or just off is my weakness I am ashamed to sayOuch. Day off?
